That's never happened before but if it happens OrderEatz will cover the food cost and credit the customer for the same amount.

What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15%.
Every restaurant has their own set of circumstances so every deal could be different. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We Have Thousands of Drivers everywhere in United States.

What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled The Restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the order is cancelled. if the reason is Our Driver OrderEatz will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub only covers up to 70%
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant just focuses on preparing the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order at the same time as you. In just minutes from order receipt our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
